1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the rds4 website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has opened an account on rds4 or is using the platform.
• "Services" refers to the casino games, sports betting, live games, and other entertainment activities provided by rds4.
• "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus, cashback, or any other promotional offer provided by rds4.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds deposited by the user plus any bonuses earned.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on rds4. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. rds4 may request documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Attempting to operate multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address, or in the names of members of the same household may result in all related accounts being permanently closed and any available bonuses being cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. rds4 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided. If any account details change, the support team must be notified immediately.

3. Account Security & Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the rds4 support team immediately. rds4 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account unless it is proven that the issue was caused entirely by a technical fault on the platform.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on rds4 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Deposited funds will be credited to your account after verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must use the same method as the original deposit unless otherwise approved by the support team. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be cancelled or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• If account verification is incomplete.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rds4 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more will attract the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered — only then will winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonus eligibility: each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• rds4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. VIP Program

The rds4 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games through fraudulent or manipulative means.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or disrupt rds4's systems.
• Collecting or using other users' personal information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

8. Game & Betting Policy

8.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on rds4 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. The platform ensures fair play. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical fault, rds4 reserves the right to cancel or correct that result.

8.2 Betting Disputes

If there is a dispute over the outcome of a bet, the support team must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the bet being settled. rds4's decision will be considered final. In cases of technical error, a decision will be made after reviewing all relevant information.

rds4 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account if these terms are violated, if fraud is suspected, or for security reasons. In such cases the user will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal.

13. Limitation of Liability

rds4 will not be liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or software.
• If a transaction is affected by delays from a third-party payment gateway.
• If service is temporarily disrupted due to an unexpected technical fault.

In any case of liability, rds4's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the rds4 platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of rds4. Prior written permission is required to use, reproduce, or distribute this content for any purpose other than personal use.

15. Changes & Additions to Services

rds4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of its services at any time, with or without prior notice.
